Infopath 2013 crashes when connecting to an Access database when Access 2016 is installed

Overview:

You have an InfoPath form that interacts with an Access database.  You move to Office 2016 and InfoPath crashes when connecting to the Access database.

This is a known issue that may not be addressed, it is advised that you workaround the issue.

Workaround:

1.  Install Office 2013 MSI and Office 2016 Click to Run (C2R)
2. Run Access 2013 before using the InfoPath form
